Contract InformationMaking a Contract With Us When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will take payment via PayPal and send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again the confirm that the item is in stock and we will advise you of an approximate despatch date. A contract is made between us only when the goods have been despatched, and we will email you to notify you of this. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email stating that your items have been despatched, and there will be no contract between us. An instant refund for the item in question will be made where necessary. If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
Placing an OrderTo place an order with us, please follow the steps below:
Orders may only be placed in through the medium of English. Please note, we only take payment via PayPal.
DeliveryDelivery costs are calculated by the weight and the dimensions of the package. You will be advised via email when the goods have been despatched. You should therefore receive your goods within 48 hours of receipt of this email. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please advise us within 48 hours.
Cancellation and ReturnsThis policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. You must ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and that they are adequately protected against damage in transit. If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange collection, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection (in addition to the re-stocking fee as mentioned above). If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights (eg, If the goods are faulty or misdescribed).

Changes to TermsThese terms were last changed on 16th October 2007. There are no previous versions as of yet. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders. |
